Hispanic Heritage Celebration at City Central This Weekend

A Hispanic Heritage Festival will be held at City Central on Friday, September 16, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

At the City Central Summit, 400 East Central, and in the Central Courtyard, 204 South 4th Street, everyone is invited to participate in a diverse celebration of Hispanic culture.

A live band will perform, as well as food, music, and dancing.

The food will be served beginning at 5:00 pm until it runs out.

The band "Tornado Norteno Banda" from Oklahoma City will take the stage at 6:00 pm.

There will be a Peruvian dance performance at 7:00. After the dancers, the band continues to play.

You can shop from vendor tables, participate in a raffle, and play games during the evening.

It is sponsored by Dorada Foods, Cherokee Strip Credit Union, Phillips 66, Enrique's Restaurant, Discount Foods, among others.

The Hispanic community in Ponca City is especially able to benefit from the efforts of Ana Morales and Harol Comacho.
