Overnight snow appeared in the most unexpected places Friday morning, including the hills of Los Gatos and Cupertino.
Outside Bart Giordano’s house, at least a foot of snow had accumulated, he told CNN, and he also lost power. In Los Gatos, 550 meters above sea level, the Old Santa Cruz Highway and Soquel San Jose Road were also closed.
