At least one person was shot in an incident in San Jose on Saturday, police said.
Agents are responding to a location south of Interstate 280 and east of Hwy. According to the San Jose Police Department, 87 found a victim with a gunshot wound. The person was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The shooting occurred near Keyes St. and S. 3rd St., a few blocks west of CEFCU Stadium, formerly known as Spartan Stadium, police said.
Police received a report of the incident around 12:30 p.m
Police warned people at 1 p.m. on Saturday to avoid the area.
